NDMEA is proud to announce the addition of new members to our team! Joining us as our new Executive Director is Rebecca Warren. She comes to NDMEA with a wealth of knowledge from her past experience as a member of the Alabama Music Educators Association. Also, David Rolandson, in addition to continuing as our current collegiate representative on the board, will be our Journal Editor. He has a deep interest in publishing and is ready to take our journal's tradition of excellence and enhance it with fresh ideas. Finally, Brittany Schwingler has been appointed to our newly created treasurer position. Brittany’s energy and enthusiasm for music education and service within our organization will add a great dynamic to our board.

 

These individuals are stepping in for our current Executive Director Lindsey Tafelmeyer. After numerous years of service, Lindsey tendered her resignation in January of 2021. She has agreed to stay with the board till July of 2022 to onboard Rebecca, David and Brittany.
