Promotion of your sponsorship begins as soon as it is confirmed with payment, and once confirmed, sponsorship cannot be canceled. These are awarded on a first-come, first-serve basis. Areas to be considered:
- Director's Doughnuts and Coffee Social on Monday - $300 and your logo prominently displayed in the conference program and coffee area
- Conference App - $3,000 and your logo on everyone's screen with a link to your company website, along with acknowledgements in the conference journal and website
- Registration Area - $2,500 to make sure you and your company are the first thing our attendees see when they enter the lobby of our conference. Benefits include your logo on the registration booth, opportunity to distribute welcome gifts provided by your company, to our attendees, sponsorship ribbons for badges, recognition on all conference signage, and logo recognition on all conference registration confirmation emails
- Concert Hours I and/or II - $600 and your logo prominently displayed at the entrance doors to the venue, acknowledgement in the mobile app and conference journal
