Elizabeth Haugen attended the University of Mary where she received a Bachelor of Science in K-12 Music Education and a Bachelor of Music in Flute Performance in 2012. Since then she has taught as the PreK-12 music teacher at Wilton Public School. With a background in directing children’s musical theater and a passion for the performing arts, she helped re-establish the Drama Club in Wilton and has had students perform around the state and country in theater and musical ensembles. She is an active member of NDMEA, Prairie Winds Orff, and ACDA chapters which drive her to continuously find new and exciting ways to teach music to all ages. In her spare time, Elizabeth enjoys spending time with friends and family and playing in the Bismarck-Mandan Symphony Orchestra and the Bismarck-Mandan Wind Ensemble.
