Each year, over 300 educators and collegiate students come to the NDMEA Conference, along with 100 exhibitors, 450 All-State students, and 3200 audience members. This 3-day weekend includes keynotes from the nation's leading educators and performers, Concert Hour and Lobby Performances from our state's top ensembles, educational music sessions from around the state and nation, and outstanding performances from our All-State ensembles.

Renewing Membership and Registration

- Here are some helpful steps to renewing your membership.
- Please plan for 48 hours between time of renewal and attempting to register as a member.
- Please do not register at the non-member rate if your membership is pending. If you register as a non-member and later provide proof of membership at the conference, NDMEA cannot issue a refund.
Payment Policies
- Refunds: no refunds will be given after March 15th, 2020.
- Early Bird Rates: Payment online must be made by Saturday, February 29th, 2020 to qualify for early bird rates. Payment with mailed check must be postmarked by Saturday, February 29th, 2020 to qualify for early bird rates. We do not accept purchase orders.
- School Payment: If your school business office is responsible for paying your registration, please confirm with them that payment has been made prior to picking up your badge on site. You will not receive your badge without payment or documentation of payment.
